To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £15 is required. Please be aware that this deposit may be retained as a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

Should you wish to re-schedule, you can transfer your deposit to a different booking with me as long as you make this change before the 24-hour deadline. However, if you fail to be available for your scheduled appointment or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited in its entirety.
